Thank you for choosing Diversity Wine Club (DWC). By accessing or using DWC’s website, attending DWC events or parties (events), accepting DWC INVITE (an invitation), buying DWC tickets, or making donations on DWC digital properties, you agree to the following Terms:

Age and Responsibility

  1. All attendees to any DWC event must be 21 years of age or older.

  2. You must consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and follow the law.

Assumption of Risk

  1. Participation in a DWC event is voluntary, and you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with attending.

  2. You understand that wine tasting involves inherent risks, including the risk of alcohol consumption and potential personal injury.

Release of Liability

  1. DWC, volunteers, and the event host, including their respective employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from or in connection with your attendance at a DWC event.

  2. This release of liability applies to all claims, including but not limited to those based on negligence, premises liability, or any other theory of liability.

Event Photography and Videography

  1. We often take photos and videos at our events for promotional purposes (like for social media, our website, or literature).

  2. By attending the event, you agree to let DWC use your photo or video for these purposes without payment or ownership of the rights.

  3. If you are concerned about your image being used, please get in touch with us before the event, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Behavior

  1. We are a community built on fostering genuine connections and friendships. Please be mindful of personal boundaries and ensure your interactions contribute to a comfortable and respectful atmosphere for everyone.

  2. Any behavior that makes another individual feel uncomfortable or harassed is unacceptable and will be addressed.

Prohibited Items

  1. Smoking, drugs, weapons, and pets are prohibited inside or outside the host's home.

Respect for Others

  1. Everyone must respect each other, wine, private hosts' homes, or public venues, private areas of homes and venues, hosts, staff, volunteers, and DWC itself.

Zero Tolerance Policy

  1. DWC has a zero-tolerance policy for violating these Terms.

  2. DWC reserves the right to ban anyone for any reason.
